Innovation

Modern materials, current finishes and techniques that hold up. We keep up with where the work is going, not where it was ten years ago.

Quality

High-standard finishing and attention to the details most people only notice when they are wrong. Level, sealed, square, closed tight.

Transparency

You stay informed the whole way through: what got done, what happens next, and anything that changes. No silence, no surprises on the invoice.

What we do

Five services, one standard.

Bathrooms and kitchens are the core of what we do. Everything else supports them.

01

Bathroom Remodeling

We take the bathroom from demolition to the last piece of hardware. Waterproofing goes in before a single tile, every time, because that is the part nobody sees and everybody pays for later.

  • Demolition, framing and layout changes
  • Cement board and full wet-area waterproofing
  • Shower pans, built and sealed shower niches
  • Wall and floor tile, slab stone, mosaic detail
  • Tubs, freestanding tubs and vanities
  • Custom glass doors and shower enclosures
  • Drywall, fine finish painting, baseboards and trim
  • Mirrors, fixtures and final hardware

02

Kitchen Remodeling

Clean lines, solid installs and a layout that works for how you actually cook. Whether it is a full redesign or a smart refresh, you get the same finish standard.

  • Demolition and removal of cabinets, counters and flooring
  • Layout changes and framing
  • Drywall, repairs and finishing
  • Cabinet installation, trim and moldings
  • Countertop preparation and fitting
  • Backsplash, wall and floor tile
  • Cabinet hardware and final details
  • Walls, ceilings, trim and door painting

03

Custom Glass & Shower Enclosures

Glass cut to your opening, not forced into a stock size. Frameless or framed, with the hardware finish that matches the rest of the room.

  • Frameless shower doors
  • Custom enclosures, measured on site
  • Multiple door styles and glass options
  • Black, chrome, brushed nickel and gold hardware
Living room with fine finish painting, built-in cabinetry and refinished floors
04

Fine Finish Painting

Not a roller and a rush. Surfaces get repaired, caulked and sanded first, so the finish reads smooth in daylight and not just under a work lamp.

  • Surface prep, repairs, caulking and sanding
  • Walls, ceilings, doors and trim
  • Baseboards and crown molding
  • Spray finish where the job calls for it
Finished basement with drywall, carpet and recessed lighting
05

Interior Renovations

Whole rooms, basements and full apartment or home turnovers. The same crew and the same standard, applied to everything between the walls.

  • Drywall, framing and interior repairs
  • Flooring and tile
  • Doors, trim, baseboards and crown molding
  • Basement finishing and room reconfiguration

Inside the work

What a bathroom looks like before it looks like anything.

The layers under the tile decide whether the room lasts five years or twenty. This is the order we do them in, on every bathroom.

  1. Bathroom stripped back to the framing during demolition
    01

    Strip it back

Old tile, pan and fixtures come out. We open it up far enough to see what we are actually working with.

  2. Shower walls coated in red waterproofing membrane before tiling
    02

    Waterproof it

Full membrane on every wet surface, seams and corners included. This step is not optional and it never gets skipped to save a day.

  3. Uncoupling membrane installed across a bathroom floor before tile
    03

    Prep the floor

Uncoupling membrane over the subfloor so the tile moves with the house instead of cracking against it.

  4. Finished shower with large format stone slab walls
    04

    Set the finish

Slab and large format stone, set level and sealed, with the niche and hardware landing where they were planned to.

How it goes

You always know what happens next.

What homeowners actually complain about is not the tile. It is going four days without hearing from anyone.

  1. 01

    Walkthrough

We come out, look at the space, and talk through what you want and what the room will actually allow. No charge, no pressure.

  2. 02

    Written estimate

You get the scope in writing: what is included, what is not, and what it costs. If something is unknown until we open a wall, we say so upfront.

  3. 03

    Schedule & protect

We agree on a start date and a realistic finish. Floors get covered, work areas get sealed, and the rest of your house stays livable.

  4. 04

    Build & update

Daily progress, photos when you are not home, and a heads-up the moment anything changes. Surprises get a phone call, not a line on the invoice.

  5. 05

    Final walkthrough

We walk it together, you list anything you want touched up, and we fix it before we call the job done. Site left clean.

About JR

A Brazilian finish carpenter running his own crew in New Jersey.

JR Revamp Solutions was founded in 2024, but the hands doing the work have been in tile, carpentry and paint a lot longer than that. The company exists for one reason: too many homeowners were paying for a remodel and getting a rush job.

We stay small on purpose. Johnnathan is on the job site, not running the crew by phone from across the state. That is why the waterproofing goes in before the tile, why the grout lines carry through the room, and why you get a straight answer when you ask how long something will take.

  • We finish what we start. No disappearing for three weeks to chase another job.
  • We tell you the real number. An estimate that grows 40% was never an estimate.
  • We clean up. Every day, not just at the end.
